မြန်မာ့သဘာဝ ရော်ဘာအရည်အသွေး စမ်းသပ်စစ်ဆေးရေးဓာတ်ခွဲခန်း (Myanmar Natural Rubber Quality Testing Laboratory- MNRQTL)အနေဖြင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာရော်ဘာအသင်း (International Rubber Association - IRA) ၏ အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ်ရရှိရန် အတွက် IRA မှ ကြီးမှူးကျင်းပသည့် Proficiency Testing Programme တွင် (၄) ကြိမ်ဆက်တိုက် အောင်မြင်ပြီးဖြစ်ရာ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ရော်ဘာအသင်း (International Rubber Association - IRA) ၏ အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ်ရ ဓာတ်ခွဲခန်းတစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပြီဖြစ်ပါသည်။
